Terms & Conditions
Premium Spa Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Each premium spa card is eligible for one user only
A re-issue fee (1,100 JPY) will apply if your card is lost or stolen
No refunds or cash exchanges will be made under any circumstances
The expiry date of the Premium Spa Card will be renewed upon each top-up (50,000 JPY or 100,000 JPY), and all value will be void after six months of inactivity
Please note above privileges may not be applicable to specific treatment menus (e.g. The Beautiful Retreat plan, or any treatments that include restaurant benefits)
Premium spa card cannot be used to purchase Spa Gift Voucher
