Shipping Fees
Delivery to your home or designated address
- For all items except “Mattress & Bed Bottom”: Flat rate of ¥1,870 (tax included)
- Refrigerated delivery: Flat rate of ¥2,420 (tax included)
- Room temperature and refrigerated items cannot be shipped together. Separate shipping fees will apply even if ordered at the same time.
Shipping for “Heavenly Bed Mattress & Bed Bottom”

- Single (97×195×58cm): from ¥33,000
- Semi-double (120×195×58cm): from ¥33,000
- Double (140×195×58cm): from ¥36,300
- Queen (152×195×58cm): from ¥38,000
- Wide Queen (160×195×58cm): from ¥41,800
- King (180×195×58cm): from ¥40,000
- Split King (180×195×58cm): from ¥44,000
Shipping fees for mattresses and bed bottoms vary by product and delivery region, and are charged per item.
Pick-up at The Westin Tokyo (excluding beds, mattresses, and select items)
- Free of charge
Multiple Items per Order
- For items other than “Mattress & Bed Bottom,” a flat fee of ¥1,870 applies per delivery address, regardless of quantity or total amount.
- If shipping to multiple addresses, fees apply per destination.
- If purchasing mattresses/bed bottoms together with other items, only the mattress/bed shipping fee will apply.
Please note:
Orders may be shipped separately due to different shipping origins. Room temperature items cannot be shipped together with refrigerated or frozen items.
Delivery Timing
When purchasing “Westin Deli Collection,” “Westin Tokyo Gift Certificates,” and items from the “White Tea Collection” or “Heavenly Bed Collection” together:

Delivery:
- Deli items and gift certificates: approx. 10 days
- White Tea items and Heavenly Bed items (excluding beds/mattresses): approx. 10–15 days (made-to-order)
- Beds and mattresses: approx. 30–60 days (made-to-order)

In-store pick-up:
Preparation times vary by collection. For earlier pick-up, please place separate orders for each collection.
Additional Information
- Dimensions are shown as W (width) / L (length) / H (height) in centimeters.
- Some items are made to order and may take 3–4 weeks from payment to delivery.
- Please confirm elevator access and delivery routes for beds in advance. Orders cannot be canceled if delivery is not possible upon arrival. Additional fees may apply for difficult deliveries.
- “White Tea Collection” and “Heavenly Bed Collection” are shipped from external warehouses. Gift wrapping and shopping bags are not available.

- International shipping is not available.
