Return policy

For all products, due to the nature, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Returns after payment are not accepted. Exchange only takes place if the item is defective.
Mattress and base cannot be cancelled or changed after payment is completed. If mattress and base cannot be delivered through the designated delivery route, it cannot be returned.
