国際女性デー2025
3月8日は国連が制定する「国際女性デー」。
1904年ニューヨークでの婦人参政権を要求したデモを起源とし、国連は1975年の国際婦人年において3月8日を国際女性デー（International Womenʼs Day）として祝い始めました。ウェスティンホテル東京ではサステナビリティの活動の一環として、ジェンダーの平等と女性のエンパワメントを応援する気持ちを込めて特別メニューをご用意いたしました。

The floral artist from "+F" will be hosting a Mimosa Wreath Charity Workshop on March 3, 2025. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to children’s welfare facilities.

で、歴史上すばらしい役割を担ってきた一般の女性たちによってもたらされた前進、変化への要求、そして勇気と決断を称える日です。

「女性のエンパワーメントとジェンダー平等」目的とした HAPPY WOMAN 実行委員会（事務局：一般社団法人 HAPPY WOMAN）は、国連が制定している３月８日の「国際女性デー」の日本における認知向上と、女性がさらに輝き、男女共に生きやすい社会づくりと持続可能な未来づくりへの貢献を目的に『国際女性デー｜HAPPY WOMAN FESTA』を展開しています。また、 3 月 8 日には、女性のエンパワーメントおよび SDGs 推進に貢献し、持続可能な社会づくりに向けた挑戦や活動を行い、今後も期待できる個人や企業を表彰する「国際女性デー表彰式｜HAPPYWOMAN AWARD 2025 for SDGs」および、学びの場「国際女性デーセミナー｜HAPPY WOMAN SEMINER 2025」をウェスティンホテル東京にて開催します。
